We have used Mattress Firm for all of our mattress needs, Chase Smith is who we ask for because of his knowledge, attentiveness and personality. Who knew buying a mattress could be so enjoyable! Not only that but he really pays attention to you and what you are looking for and your price range. I have back problems and what I thought I needed was not what I needed; I took a leap of faith knowing we could return it within a decent time frame and its been the best decision ever! Chase knows his mattresses! He has given me many rested nights-bonus I'm not waking the hubby up with my tossing and turning and getting out of bed every couple hours! We love the quality of mattresses they carry and the service we get! As long as Chase is there we will be there too!

Chase is awesome. He took his time with us and found us an amazing bed. This is a very customer friendly location that really takes its time to find what the best for us. Chase was willing to work with us and find good price points as well as help us find a fit the first time as opposed to having to come back. No pressure was applied in any way to make a purchase.
