• Why do I need a new mattress set?

  A new mattress is needed because when you sleep on an old mattress you miss out on the good sleep and support your mind and body needs to wake refreshed in the morning.

• Which mattress brand is best?

• Should I buy a new box/spring foundation?

  Unless you have an adjustable or platform base, this is highly recommended. A properly supported mattress will give you additional years of use and comfort. The mattress and box spring/foundation work together, acting as a unified shock absorber. Manufacturer warranties suggest a matching mattress and box spring/foundation or adjustable base. If the manufacturer deems your support of the mattress not adequate, your warranty may be voided. Also, for your safety it is imperative to have the matching mattress and box spring/foundation to be FR compliant (flammability).

• Is a firm mattress better?

  Firm is not always the best. The best mattress will be the one that feels the most comfortable and supportive to you.

• What is a no-flip mattress?

  Most mattresses are now “no-flip” which means it will continue to give you comfort and support without having to flip it or rotate it. Having comfort layers on both sides can actually cause the materials to break down faster.

• What should I do with my old bed?

  Disposing of an old mattress set can be difficult. That’s why our Red Carpet Delivery Service includes the removal of your old mattress set. When setting up your delivery appointment, just let your sleep expert know that you would like to have your old set removed.

• How long should my mattress last?

  Every mattress is different. If you toss at night or wake up with pain it is time to get a new mattress regardless of its age. We recommend checking the law tag and replace at least every eight years.

• What sizes do you carry?

  Twin 39″ x 75″

  Full 54″ x 75″

  Queen 60″ x 80″

  King 76″ x 80″

  Custom sizes including Twin XL (39″ x 80″), California King (72″ x 84″) and split queen box springs may not be available online, but can be purchased in a local Mattress Firm store.

• How should I clean my mattress?

  Never use a cleaning product because it can breakdown your comfort layers. The best and easiest way is by placing a waterproof mattress protector on your new mattress. A mattress protector can not only protect your mattress, but can help with temperature regulation also. Our mattress protectors are allergen resistant, and waterproof yet still breathable.
